Welcome to the Frend.ai video ordering platform, where businesses can order user-generated content videos to market their products or services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
User Content and User Videos
The Platform enables businesses to order User Videos created by frend.ai. All User Videos are the responsibility of the User. frend.ai affirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to create and share User Videos on the Platform.
By submitting User Videos, Creators grant Frend.ai and Clients a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and modify the User Videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Ordering and Delivery of User Videos
Clients may place orders for User Videos by providing specific requirements and guidelines for the content. frend.ai agree to deliver User Videos that comply with the order requirements and guidelines.
Frend.ai reserves the right to review and approve User Videos before delivering them to Clients to ensure they meet the Platform's standards.
Copyright Policy
Frend.ai respects the intellectual property rights of all parties. Creators are responsible for ensuring that the User Videos do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Clients may use the User Videos according to the terms of the license granted by the frend.ai. Unauthorized use of User Videos that violates the copyright or other rights of the Creator or third parties is prohibited. To report copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at hi@frend.ai, including: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform. Your contact information. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
Payment and Refund Policy
Clients agree to pay the fees specified for ordering User Videos as outlined on the Platform. Payments are non-refundable unless Frend.ai determines that the User Video does not comply with the order requirements, in which case Frend.ai may issue a refund or request a revision from the Creator.
Any payment disputes must be reported to Frend.ai within 3 days of the payment date.
